Summer 2026- Terms & Conditions
General SF Summer passes and sensory session bundles are valid from the date of purchase through 31 August 2026. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Strawberry Fields reserves the right to amend or cancel any program element with reasonable notice.
Summer Passes All three passes (Play , Explore, All Summer Passes) are valid Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Play Pass and Play + Explore Pass are valid for 31 days from date of purchase. The Summer Explorer Pass is valid from June- August. Passes cover one named child unless otherwise stated. The free sibling benefit applies to a second child accompanying the pass holder on the same visit and cannot be used as a standalone entry. Passes are non-transferable and may not be shared between families. Unused sessions or visit allowances do not carry over beyond the expiry date.
Sensory Sessions Sensory sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. The 4-session bundle must be used within the summer period (June – August 2026) and sessions cannot be rolled over. Sessions are non-refundable once confirmed.
Walk-in Wednesdays Free 30-minute play sessions are available every Wednesday on a first come, first served basis. Capacity is capped at 15 children aged 6 Month - 6 Years. Follow Strawberry Fields on instagram for updates related to store openings on public holidays or special event days with prior notice on social media.
Supervision & Safety Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times within the play area. Strawberry Fields staff are present to support but are not responsible for unsupervised children. All children must be aged between 6 months and 6 years to access the play area. Socks are required for all children in the play area.
Cancellations & Changes Strawberry Fields reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a replacement session will be offered.
Purchases All pass and bundle purchases are made online via the Strawberry Fields Zbooni store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
